Top hat fascinator

I've made this gorgeous little top hat from my favourite Shetland fibre. There's a peacock feather, a tuille veil and a satin bow to add that little bit extra wow! It's on a dark brown hair band but I can change the colour if you wish. It's tied with a loose bow so that you can adjust the position to suit then I suggest you tie it with a knot to secure it.
